United Fresh 2010 returns to the beautiful Palazzo Resort Hotel and Casino. The Palazzo is connected directly with the Sands Expo & Convention Center which hosts our trade show, and all education and meeting rooms. There's no more convenient, nor glamorous, site for your United Fresh home!
